ON September 9, CNPC and Yunnan Provincial Government inked a strategic cooperation agreement on oil gas pipeline construction, refining and chemicals, urban gas and refined products marketing.
Bai Enpei, Yunnan provincial party committee secretary, Qin Guangrong, Governor of Yunnan Province, and CNPC President Jiang Jiemin were present at the signing ceremony. ,Luo Zhengfu, Executive Vice Governor of Yunnan Province and CNPC Vice President Liao Yongyuan signed at the agreement on behalf of the two parties.
Before the signing ceremony, Jiang Jiemin and Bai Enpei had talks on further strengthening cooperation. CNPC and Kunming Municipal Government also signed a strategic cooperation agreement on the same day.
