According to the introduction of Sheng Nieming, general designer of Wuhan Gardening Building Design Institute, the east entrance of Yellow Crane Tower Park is in the middle of Snake Hill. The plan began the design in 2005. It consists of 3 parts including new entrance, ecological parking lot and Snake Hill Scenic Forest. The parking lot was completed and put into use in 2010.
