It is learnt that, after implementation of the new measures, Jinan city administrative departments will, by adopting the theory of management and encouragement , make stipulations on setting up roadside sale stands concerning road sections, types, business time and requirement for sanitation, etc., according to the principles of reasonable in layout, convenient, clean and orderly as well as standardized in management .
