After over one year s construction and reform, Huaiyin Square opens to the citizens with a new image. The square, characterized by garden-style, civilian-based and opened-ended , becomes a real public place for people to conduct body-building, leisure and enjoy human landscape. There are two layers underground one is for commercial part and the second is for parking lot. Nearly 400 parking spaces are set which basically solves the parking problem around Shandong Provincial Hospital.
