Jinan, July 14 In Daming Lake, Jinan, visitors were enjoying beautiful lotuses in fog by taking boat. There are still a few days before Daming Lake Lotus Festival , yet lotuses in Daming Lake have already been in full blossom and are competing their beauty. The blooming lotuses have another kind of charm in the fog.
The Daming Lake Lotus Art Festival themed lotus aims to publicize lotus and spring culture of the City of Springs. The festival will begin from July 18 and close on August 31.
On July 18 and July 25, the 11th Jinan Dragon Boat Race will be held, which will involve men s team and multi-team of men and women. Teams participated are conducting pre-contest training now in Daming Lake. On August 4, the 11th Jinan Lotus Lantern Festival will be held. Visitors can visit Daming Lake after 19:30 on that day to release a lantern lamp for making wishes. In August, the seventh Lotus fairy selective contest will be held.
Moreover, painting and calligraphy exhibition will be held in bizarre stone hall.
