2010 Stage 1 Tour of Poyang Lake International Cycling Race & The Tour of Ganzhou Songcheng International Cycling Race was held on August 31 successfully. Over 200 athletes from 22 countries and districts and more than 400 cycling enthusiasts nationwide got together at the source of Gan River to show themselves. In the fine early autumn, they spread the modern concept of health, pro-environment, fashion and harmony between human and nature.
The cycling race is a sports event with most countries and foreign athletes participating in Ganzhou for recent years. Over 50 news media, including newspaper, broadcast, TV and website, etc. home and abroad give report to the event. The competition is the opening stage of the Tour of Poyang Lake International Cycling Race, which will be held later in Nanchang, Jiujiang, Jingdezhen, Poyang county and Yingtan.
