Xiamen University of Technology and Taiwan Ming Chuan University debuted a fully-electric cart last Thursday in Xiamen. The cart, the Jinxia Number One, is equippped with a GPS sensor and a tour-site database that allows the vehicle to automatically offers guests information on visited sites.
