LED industry is one of the key new resource industries Guangdong province supports, and Neo Neon is the leader of the industries in Guangdong. It has appeared in international stage as its 6000 light bulbs shone in the Performance of 2010 Shanghai World Expo Opening Show. Singapore Consular General Ang Chay Chuan said after the visit that he would plan to introduce Jiangmen's LED products to Singapore.
Guangdong this year listed LED lighting, high-end electronics and information and electric auto as the three rising key industries of the province. Its LED lighting and related industries currently have an annual output of over 30 billion RMB. It is expected the industry will yield 80 billion RMB in 2015.
Jiangmen is the first stop of theses diplomats' tour to west bank of Pearl River, they will also visit Zhuhai and Zhongshan in the following two days. Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Jiangmen had launched a joint conference to coordinate the development of the west bank of Pearl River and a series of infrastructure projects are under construction or planning.
