Huaxi Building Street recently completed its landscape renovation in Bozhou, Anhui province, making it another highlight of the city s tourist attractions.
Constructed in 2000, the 800-meter-long street is the largest archaized business street in northern Anhui province.
To bolster the street s further development, the city government has invested 10 million yuan to change it into a walking street with four areas for featured products, handicrafts, antiques and paintings, and entertainment.
Moreover, the government will integrate the street with the tourist spot of Huaxi Tower and devote its energies toward creating a recreation route with local characteristics.
