At 7 p.m. September 6, workers were still working hard in the boatyards of, Newyangzi Shipbuilding Co., Ltd, located at Jingjiang Industrial Park. As the fourth largest shipbuilding enterprise in China, Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd. has tried to enter the Taiwan market recently, since it successfully entered the stock market in Singapore in 2007. Its application of entering the Taiwan stock market was received on August 27. It was learnt that the company had about 135 orders for big ships in hand and about 10 other ship orders were under negotiation.
