On October 12th, the 19th Chinese Golden Pheasant and Hundred Flowers Film Festival will be held in Jiangyin. The connotation of this festival is to encourage the general public to join it. In the preparation of this festival, Jiangyin municipal government is active in exploring the marketization wielding mode of the cooperation between government and enterprises. This movement draws lots of attentions from the public. 87 enterprises took part in this movement actively, contributing RMB 55 million to the film festival. With the help of these enterprises, the government made a breakthrough in market operation.
