Liang Baohua, Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and Director of Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial People s Congress, and Luo Zhijun, Deputy Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial CPC Standing Committee and Governor of Jiangsu, led the Party and Government delegates to Mianzhu, Sichuan for the inspection of supporting construction work and declared the supporting project was completed successfully. Wang Xi nan, Mayor of Wuxi accompanied the delegates. The delegates visited and expressed the gratitude to the workers in the front line of the supporting project, inspected the projects supported by Jiangsu, and held the completion ceremony.
In the two-year supporting project, the total expenditure was RMB 393.99 million, including 14 construction projects. In Qingping Village, there are newly built houses 43,000 square meters, roads and bridges 6,780 meters, and dock walls 1850 meters. In the downtown of Mianzhu, there are newly built houses 1500 square meters, roads 770 meters and environment improved areas 14,255 square meters.
