According to Sino-Foreign Communication, on October 17th, our city held Debriefing Session on Preparation Work of the 7th Yulin Expo to promote the preparation work of the Yulin Expo so as to ensure that the Yulin Expo can be held successfully.
On the meeting, leaders of the secretariat of the 7th Yulin Expo as well as other workgroups reported on the condition of preparation work they are in charge of and the problems that needed to be solved by workgroups.
DaiYi, Member of the Standing Committee and Standing Deputy Mayor, stressed on the five requirements on the preparation work. First, attention, especially the leaders , should be focused on the preparation work; second, be active and make ready ahead of time so enough time can be left for adjustments; third, pay more attention to harmonization and all workgroups should actively communicate with each other; fourth, ensure the security during the expo; fifth, strengthen responsibilities and the supervision work cannot be neglected.
