2010 China International Foodstuffs Trade Fair (Huangpu, Zhongshan) opened in Zhongshan Huangpu International Exhibition Center this morning. After 5 sessions, CFTF has become an international foodstuffs trade fair with substantial results, creating a platform of cooperation and communication for domestic and overseas food factories, enterprises and merchants. Taking converging food essence & sharing development chances as the theme, this CFTF sets 19 large-scale special booths and 268 standard booths. Of the four main types of food, wine, preserved meat products, leisure and healthy food each accounts for 30%, and mechanical products for food processing which were rarely seen in the former sessions account for 10%, highlighting the professional features of 2010 CFTF. Over 3,000 purchasers and thousands of food lovers from Zhongshan and other places in PRD area gather in the Local Flavor Gourmet Festival boasting of fancy factors, which makes the fair live up to its fame as an important food exhibition and national brand exhibition in South China.
