Gangkou Town spares no efforts to recommend four service industrial projects, including Baoli City Complex Commercial Project, Zhongshan Yurun Agricultural Produce Purchasing Center, Shougang (Zhongshan) Metal Hardware Distribution and Bonded Warehouse for this year s trade and investment fair on March 28.
Baoli City Complex Commercial Project covers a 46.6-hectare land with an investment of 5 billion yuan. It will be a combination of a 5-star hotel, a business plaza, an office building and a cinema. This project has been started.
Zhongshan Yurun Agricultural Produce Purchasing Center, located in Dafeng Logistics Center of Gangkou Town, covers about 200-hectare land with an investment of 7 billion yuan. Its functions include exhibition, trading, systematic processing and distribution, comprehensive service and complete business supporting facilities. It is estimated that the turnover will be 20-30 billion yuan each year.
