2010 China Real Estate (Hong Kong) Forum, a two-day event attended by real estate participants from Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, was launched in Hong Kong on Thursday (Aug 19).
The forum, organized by key real estate players from the mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, invited a dozen of well-known participants of the real estate sectors to deliver speeches on the theme of "the trend, opportunities and challenges of the real estate market".
Communication and interaction among different markets, property developer's plan about listing at Hong Kong Stock Exchange were also major concerns at the event, which was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
