Delegations of Universities Across the Strait Visits Tongji

On 16th of October, a delegation of directors of cross-strait affairs from Chengchi University, Tsinghua University, Zhongshan University, Tunghai University, Soochow University, Feng Chia University, Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, and Peking University, Nanjing University and Xi'an Jiaotong University in Mainland visited Tongji University.
Prof. Li Yongsheng, the Executive Vice President of Tongji, met with the delegation. Prof. Li welcomed the delegations and introduced the latest development in Tongji and Tongji s involvement in Shanghai World Expo. He hoped that the relations with other universities especially with universities in Taiwan province would be strengthened.
