Time flies like an arrow. At the beginning of the new year 2008, welcoming the first light of the morning, I extend my sublime respect and sincere thanks to the leaders at all level, all collaborators, all shareholders, all customers, all staff, and all the people who care and support ZTT Group. Hope you are healthy in the coming year, that work is well-off, that everything goes as your wishes.
The past year 2007 is the 15 anniversary of ZTT since she entered the field of optical telecommunication, and 5 anniversary of ZTT since she went to the stock market. In 2007, ZTT staff has set a best commemoration on the base of new outstanding achievements, including carrying out the scientific outlook on development, fulfilling strategic adjustment, standardizing management, bucking for sustainable development.

In the past year, facing the opportunities and challenges, the running teams of every ZTT subsidiaries have guided all the staff, vigorously carried forward the nimbus of grasping the chances, courage of self-pushing, ambition of advancing with heavy load, morale of never compromising. In the past year, ZTT staff have strived arduously with one heart and one mind, achieved the steady advance of strategic adjustment, standardized the management and service, broken the record of previous turnover, set up civilization and harmonization. In the past year, ZTT staff achieved favorable side-by-side development of economic benefits and social benefits, overfulfiled every target and assignment which were set at the beginning of the year.
2007 is a fruitful year for ZTT staff. ZTT 's 3 special conductor and earth wire participated in China extra-high voltage (1000KV) demonstration project which was focused by the whole world. Submarine optical fiber cable has passed the National-level Identification. The throughput of Zhongtian Technology Fiber Optics Co., Ltd has broken through 5.4 million kilometers, which means ZTT is the runner-up just after Yangtze. ZTT Radio Frequency Cable won the collect procurement of China Mobile and became the strategic collaborator of China Mobile in Green Proceeding Program . ZTT OPGW keeps the lion's share in the Chinese market. ZTT special conductor has new breakthrough in technology, and the main industrial links were further elongated.
Renewal of every phenomenon has a good dayspring. In 2008, ZTT will continue to carry forward the achievements, voluntarily seek for gap and deficiency, further carry out the scientific outlook on development. We will insist on the innovation in management to realize rationalization in strategy, high efficiency in organizing, consummation in system, fluency in process, capability in personnel. We will insist on independent innovation, turn more scientific and technological findings to be productivity, provide better service for telecommunication and power-web construction with our main business.
