Tasly Ghana successfully presented a TCM promo event at the annual Chinese Culture Week organized by Ghana Xindong Cultural Center on June 15.
With the advent of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of foreign relations between China and Ghana and the traditional Duanwu Festival (also known as Dragon Boat Festival), the annual Chinese Culture Week, a traditional campaign to promote Chinese culture, was organized by Ghana Xindong Cultural Center, I-can Human Resources Consultancy and GrowGhana and supported by the Chinese Embassy in Ghana, Ghana Chinese Chamber of Commerce and some Chinese-funded enterprises from June 14 to 20 at the gate of the largest supermarket in Accra on the theme of experiencing Chinese culture, understanding the charm of China and inspiring enthusiasm for learning.
One subject is set for each day in the Week, including traditional Chinese artwork such as embroidery, paper-cut and Beijing opera, TCM culture such as Chinese medicine, Chinese herbal drugs, acupuncture, cupping and diet therapy, Chinese cuisine, Chinese tea and liquor, China s economy and technology, learning Chinese, study in China, tour in China and Shanghai World Expo.
Tasly Ghana, as the host for the event themed TCM culture on the 15th, organized free medical consultation and arranged for distributors to publicize Tasly products, distribute leaflets of products and Tasly TCM Clinic. Dr. Dong Li performed acupuncture and cupping on a lumbago patient and praised by many people present. The distributors introduced to visitors the distinctions and functions of Tasly s TCM products, and generated good publicity for the newly opened clinic. During the event a large number of people bought out products and many intended to go to our clinic for checkup or treatment. We believe that this will benefit the newly opened clinic and the direct selling market.
