HISUN-Alpharma Ties

A project signing ceremony was held on the morning of July 3 to witness the signing "Procurement & Construction Agreement"; "Operational Service Agreement" and "Lease Agreement" for Alpharma (Taizhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a joint venture between HISUN Pharmaceutical and Alpharma. The agreements further consolidated the partnership between the parties and allowed the Vancomycin project to proceed effectively.

HISUN's investment risk in the Vancomycin project has been reduced while its investment returns have been increased as a result of its cooperation with Alpharma. At the same time, active division of labor with the company's international partners allows HISUN to further explore other development opportunities.
