Campus recruitment for 2011 graduates started with Shenzhen University

Kaisa Group s on-campus recruitment campaign for 2011 college graduates has recently kicked off, with Shenzhen University as its first destination. The results have exceeded expectations and Kaisa Group s image as a preferred employer has been further enhanced as students responded enthusiastically over a neatly organized and efficiently executed program.

At 3:00 pm on 21 October, a briefing session was held at the No. 1 Presentation Hall of Shenzhen University as scheduled. Thanks to the zealous and articulate efforts of members of our campus recruitment team, the session was smoothly delivered and completed.

At Shenzhen University, 298 resumes were received physically or through the Internet. After initial screening, 126 candidates were invited to take part in a written test held on the next day. Based on the written test, 43 candidates were selected for the first interview, after which the list was trimmed to 20 for a second interview. In the end, appointments were offered to 6 candidates, including 2 with master s degrees, based on the recommendations of our panel of interviewers.

From Shenzhen University, we will shortly set off for universities and colleges across the nation, where more promising would-be Kaisa freshmen will be identified.
