Recently the office of the National Reform & Development Commission officially issued the documents for 2006 plan for commercialization of hi-tech projects such as new energy, etc. HISUN's "5,000 tons/year polylactic acid resin and by-products pilot project" has been included in the biological engineering projects. Total investment for the project was RMB 94.36 million, with state subsidy of RMB 4.5 million. It was the third State project for HISUN Group.
