As of November 25, industrial and commercial registration has been completed and new business registration certificate issued for Axellia (Taizhou) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a new joint venture between HISUN Pharmaceutical and Axellia Hong Kong Ltd. The joint venture company has had a registered capital of USD 25 million. HISUN owns 49% through its injection of factory building, equipment and land-use rights, etc. The company has an operating period of 30 years.
