Construction of Hisun Pharmaceutical (Hangzhou) Headquarters Commences

A grand commencement ceremony was held on the morning of September 10th, 2010, at the work site of the Headquarters of Hisun Pharmaceutical (Hangzhou) at Lushan new city in Fuyang. Organized by the Fuyang Party Secretariat and municipal government, the grand ceremony was attended by members of the Fuyang administration. It was headed by Fuyang party secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the Fuyang People's Congress, Mr. Xu Wenguang, and mayor Zhang Jinming, along with leaders from the respective local authorities and precincts. Company chairman Bai Hua also gave a speech at the ceremony.
Fuyang New City is a new urban area currently under planning and construction by the city government. Hisun's investment and construction of a factory in Fuyang, which culminated in the company's choice for its new headquarters in Fuyang, is part of its preparatory measures for further expansion. It is also the culmination point of the Fuyang municipal government's new strategy to attract investments and renew the city.
The construction of Hisun s new headquarters is a win-win project for both government and enterprise. Hisun's 23-storey headquarters is being built at a cost of RMB 280 million and boasts a building height of 99.8m. It is scheduled for completion in two years' time, and is understood to be the company's tallest building. It will also be the tallest building to-date in Fuyang New City.
