We recorded contracted sales of RMB 666 million in July 2010, representing the largest contracted sales amount recorded by us in a single month. The RMB666 million contracted sales represented an increase of 301% comparing to the previous month figure, and an increase of 235% as comparing to the figure in July 2009. We believe the success was primarily attributable to the proper positioning of our products and the strong execution capabilities of our sales team.
