On December 13, Powerlong Real Estate announced to purchase its shares in a total amount of HKD 50,000,000 as a reward to the winning employees for their contributions to the Company. Under no circumstance is the consignee allowed to hold the bonus shares under the program equivalent to more than 2% of the Company s capital stock issued. Based on the closing price of HKD 2.37 on the 13th, a maximum of 21,097,000 shares can be purchased with such an amount, or 0.5% of the Company s capital stock issued.
