Guangzhou Investment Received the Outstanding China Property Award 2009 Title

On 26 June 2009, the Outstanding China Property Award 2009 organized by the well-known financial media Economic Digest held its grand award ceremony and banquet at The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou. Guangzhou Investment Company Limited (0123.HK) was appraised and recognized the Outstanding China Property Award and became one of the fifteen enterprises to have received this honour.

Mr. Liang Youpan, the Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Investment and General Manager of Yue Xiu City Construction Property, said during the award ceremony of the event: This honour is an affirmation of the Company s development strategies as well as operating and management level from all walks of life in the society.

The Outstanding China Property Award was organized by Economic Digest of Hong Kong, aiming at recognizing the outstanding performance of mainland property enterprises listed in Hong Kong. The award was conducted by an appraisal committee comprising a number senior stocks commentators from China and Hong Kong, who made appraisal and selection to the property companies in China according to criteria such as development potential, quality of land reserves, experience of the management and development strategies of the enterprises.

In this year s appraisal, in addition to Guangzhou Investment, the fifteen property enterprises which were appraised the Outstanding China Property Award title include China Overseas Land & Investment Limited and etc.
