Executives of Franshion Properties and Sinochem Group led the ribbon-cutting ceremony
Franshion Properties (China) Limited ( Franshion Properties or the Company ) (Stock Code: 817) celebrated its second anniversary of listing on August 17 with a tour gallery launching ceremony at its Beijing Chemsunny World Trade Centre. Officiated by Ms Li Xuehua, executive director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, the tour gallery, which showcases an overview of Franshion Properties, the completed and current development projects as well as the properties and hotels owned by the company, will be held for three weeks from August 17 to September 4 with its initial stop at Beijing Chemsunny World Trade Centre and final stop at Sinochem Tower.
Meanwhile, He Cao, chairman of Franshion Properties, made a speech at the launching ceremony and unveiled the stamp folder for the celebration of Franshion Properties second anniversary of listing.

Franshion Properties, which is a leading enterprise in the PRC high-end commercial properties, provides a listing platform to Sinochem Corporation in the real estate and hotel sectors. Its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 17 August, 2007 helps the company to reach the international capital market and offers a solid foundation for its future development.
Over the past two years, Franshion Properties has achieved rapid growth in 2007. To show our appreciation for the shareholders strong support over our listing and create values for our shareholders, the company announced its first acquisition activity on August 28, two weeks after its listing, that it would buy a 60% stake in Chemsunny Property Management Co. for 3.2 million yuan. On December 18, the company completed its acquisitions of the Beijing Chemsunny World Trade Centre, Sinochem Tower and Beijing Wangfujing Grand Hotel. Chemsunny Property, Beijing Wangfujing Grand Hotel and Sinochem Property Management are currently wholly-owned subsidiaries of Franshion Properties.
In 2008, Franshion Properties reached several milestones of which the company completed its acquisition in China Jin Mao Group, further consolidating its leading position in the PRC high-end commercial properties sector.
