On Mar.8th, 2011, Dahuanong (Trading Code: 300186), recommended and underwritten by CMS was listed successfully on GEM SZSE. The initial public offering amount is 67 million A shares with a price of RMB 22.0 Yuan per share, and RMB1.474 billion Yuan has been raised.
Dahuanong is the second successful SZSE GEM IPO case recommended by CMS in 2011. Gong Shaolin, board chairman of CMS, presented the acknowledgement cocktail party held at Shangri-La hotel; Yu Weijia, cheif operation officer of CMS, was invited to the listing ceremony in SZSE.
