The company obtained the First Class Land Development Right of Beijing Tongzhou

The company makes progress for first class land development and obtained the first class land development right of Beijing Tongzhou Linkong Village. Recently, Zhao Zehui, the President Assistant and General Manager of Beijing Wuhe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. signed the Linkong New Village Project Land First Class Development Commission Contract officially with Ma Yubing, Director of the Land Consolidation Reserve Center, Tongzhou District State Land Bureau.

On April 10, 2007 the Beijing Municipal Land Reserve Center issued the Linkong New Village First Class Land Development Right bidding announcement. Subsequently, Wuhe Corporation which is subordinate to the company established a Linkong New Village project bid team (hereinafter referred to as the team ) for preparing of bidding documents.

The team conducted research on implementation plan, funding plan, schedule and other issues concerning the project first class development and finished all of the bidding preparation in early May. On May 11, Wuhe Corporation participated in the Linkong New Village project first class land development bidding conference and submitted the bidding document officially to the Tongzhou District Land Consolidation Reserve Center.

On July 9, Wuhe Corporation received notice of acceptance, which indicates that Wuhe Corporation officially obtained the Linkong New Village first class land development right. Up until then, bidding work of this project was completed and the company basically realized the goal.

Tongzhou Linkong New Village is located in the north part of Yongshun Town, Tongzhou District. It extends from Xiaozhong River in the east to Anshun Road in the west and from the Luyuan North Street under planning in the north to the northern boundary of West Luyuan District in the south, covering a total of 104 hectares.
