The Company Won Dalian Hongxing Village Land Reserve

Recently, Sino-Ocean Land (Hong Kong) Limited, a subsidiary of the company, together with a local company-Qianhao Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. obtained the land of the Dalian Development District Binhai New Area Hongxing Village Project.

The Hongxing Village project, namely the one to the southwest of Dagushan peninsula, is located in the Binhai New Area in the southern part of Dalian Development District where is near to Dalian bay. The village faces center of Dalian City across Dalian bay. The project covers an area of more than 1 million square meters.

The land is divided to 25 sections including 6 sections of first class residence, 17 sections of second class residence and 2 sections of commercial service. The land currently is mainly village and a small number land in need of filling the sea. Removal has already begun. After listing the government will deliver the net land after removal.
