Sino-ocean Land obtained the land using right of Dalian Hongxing Village

Recently, Sino-ocean Land obtained the land Hongxing Village, Binhai New Area, Dalian Development Zone.

The Hongxing Village project, namely the one to the southwest of Dagushan peninsula, is located in the Binhai New Area in the southern part of Dalian Development District where is near to Dalian bay. The village faces center of Dalian City across Dalian bay. The project covers a plot area of 112 hectares.

The total construction area is 1.54 million square meters. The land is divided to 25 sections including 6 sections of first class residence, 17 sections of second class residence and 2 sections of commercial service. The land currently is mainly village and a small number land in need of filling the sea.

Removal has already begun. After listing the government will deliver the net land after removal.
