Sino-Ocean Land Holdings CEO and executive director Li Ming met on March 5 with Chris Brooke, president and CEO of CB Richard Ellis in Greater China, and Yin Baojun, CBRE s managing director for Beijing and Tianjin. The meeting took place at Sino-Ocean Land headquarters in the 33-story Ocean International Center Building A.
Mr. Li started off by welcoming the visitors from CBRE. The CBRE contingent talked about their company s near-term prospects in the Greater China region, as well as its new high value-added services; Mr. Li discussed the status of Sino-Ocean Land s commercial segment and the issues it faces. Both parties expressed high hopes for building further trust, understanding and cooperation.
