......In the afternoon of 31st of Aug, the president Wu Shengfu met with the study group led by the president of Huizhou Oil Refining project from CNOOC Dong Xiaoli, and Vice-president Yao Debin. Vice-president also presented the meeting.......Huizhou Oil Refining project is designed to process oil 12,000,000 tons per year, will start the construction before the end of this year, and put into production before 2008. This project will be so far the largest single unit oil-refining project in China. ......CFHI will manufacture the core equipments----8 hydrogenated reactor, herein 6 of which are forge-welded reactor.......Both parties carried out a detailed discussion on the design, material preparation of reactor, and reached a common understanding of long-term cooperation relationship and further development.......Dong Xiaoli and his group visited the 12500-ton hydraulic press manufacturing workshop and other production departments, accompanied by Vice-president Cai Lianzhong.
