The newly purchased O.D flange facing machine --- MFS 1650A from Shanghai Silver Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co.ltd passed the acceptance test on Feb 13, and ready for the production.
This Flange facing machine can efficiently solve the machining problem of connection tube flange and manhole end flange. This machine will reduce the time and cost of transportation and eliminate the working pressure of key machining equipments and storage yard, which will bring large influence in reducing cost and improving efficiency.
This machine is driven by hydraulic motor, feathered in conveniently transport, stable running and simple operation as well as easy mounting. During the 2 days cutting test, all the geometric accuracy parameters of samples are in accordance with the machining requirements of flange and sealing grooves in the company products.
