Group Company held teams and groups building working conference

On the 20th of December 2005, Group Company held the teams and groups building working conference. President of Group Company Wu Shengfu, Secretary of Party Committee Zhao Lixin, and Vice-president Make presented the meeting, as well as the members of teams and group s building instruction team, the leading managers from the affiliated departments and members of the 1st term teams and group s chiefs sodality attended the conference.
President of Group Company Wu Shengfu gave a speech in the conference. He said, For the work of the teams and groups building, I have some advice. First, we should continue to strengthen the understanding of the importance and necessity of the movements establishing the study-based teams and groups, and becoming the knowledge-based employees . All the levels Party organizations, departments and leading managers should deeply understand the significance of this movement, and profoundly realize the importance of highly qualified staff for the development of CFHI. Secondly, we should go on with different types, different ways of movements to expand the thinking, to improve the employees quality and build a superior team. Thirdly, we should get rid of the interim idea, and build up a long-standing system to promote the teams and groups building work into further depth. Wu Shengfu placed great hope on this conference that could improve the movements of establishing the study-based teams and groups, and becoming the knowledge-based employees into a higher level.
During the meeting, the participates briefly reviewed the team building situation of the past year, special topic demonstration and studied the teams and groups building experience of large-scale equipment factory as well as other 5 departments. Meantime, the participated members of teams and group s chiefs sodality passed the regulation of teams and group s chiefs sodality CFHI in the way of voting by hands.
