CFHI convened 2nd meeting for 15th Employees Representatives Congress

On Jan 20, CFHI convened the 2nd meeting for 15th Employees Representatives Congress. ZhengXinjun, Representative of Supervision Commission from SASAC and Xing Yuguo, Chief Representative of Navy in Qiqihar City were invited to attend the meeting. The 450 representatives of 2nd meeting for CFHI 15th Employees Representatives Congress and leaders above the division chief, totally approx. 1000 participators took participate in the conference.

In this congress, CFHI President Mr. Wu Shengfu gave the work report named Put all the efforts into completing the responsibility and obligations system and strengthening the continuous innovation to build the platform for scientific development .

In 2006, the total commercial value of CFHI was up to RMB 6600 million, output 167 thousand tons, sale income RMB 5150 million and profit RMB 32 million, the preservation and growth rate for State-Owned assets reached 131%.

The major economic goals refers to the following: commercial value RMB 8000 million, output 180 thousand tons, sale income RMB 7000 million and profit RMB 52 million and execution rate of contract over 80%.

CPC Sectary of CFHI, Zhao Lixin gave a speech in the meeting and stressed on three points: first, To recognize the situation and strengthen the confidence, all round fulfill the spirit of the Employee Representative Congress and firmly accomplish the goal of RMB 8000 million annual commercial value; secondly, the organizations at all the levels shall actively put all the efforts into the work around the set goals and make the due contribution to the reform, development and stability of CFHI; thirdly, to continuously strengthen the Party construction, promote the propaganda work and cultural and ideological progress to set the firm foundation for the sustainable innovative scientific development.

During the conference, President of CFHI Wu Shengfu, on behalf of CFHI, signed the production goal responsibility contract of 2007 with the responsible leader of Limited Company, Share Holding Company and Hydrogenated Reactors Company.
