Appreciative Letter from Shandong Taishan Steel to CFHI

To CFHI:The service staff from After-service department and Dalian designing institute of CFHI came to our assembly site of 1800 Steckel on February 18,2008 they were responsible for the technical instruction of 1800 Steckel on-site assembly in our company . Nearly half a year the after-service staff were in the spirit of being responsible for the customer they stayed on site to solve various of problems during assembly day and night, and attended the meetings on time. Facing various of complicated problems on site every service person was positive to work they tried one way or another no matter how tired they solved many difficulties raised during assembly and ensured the assembly quality and schedule of our mill equipments the first time thermal load commissioning was done successfully this was the foundation for the successful ribbon cutting of our high-grade and special steel project they built a good image to the external units and departments. The after-service staff also raised precious advices for the future operation and maintenance of the mill. For this reason we appreciated the work of the service staff from After-service department and Dalian designing institute of CFHI we were satisfied with their hard work.

We believe because of the reliable equipment quality and satisfying after-service of CFHI the mill of our company will definitely step into the normal production rail soon and hand over an examination paper satisfied by two sides and wish our two sides could have a better cooperation in the future
