Dalian Government Signed Strategic Cooperation Frame Agreement with CFHI

In February 28^th, signing ceremony on strategic cooperation frame agreement between Dalian government and CFHI was held at Dalian Shingerila Restaurant. Meanwhile, the signing ceremony on state nuclear island main equipment manufacturing contract between CGNPC and CFHI, phase V chartered right of wind power Beiqinghe 300MW main equipment contract between CHD and Sinvovel Wind Co., Ltd was held. State development and reform commission deputy director, director of state energy bureau Mr. Zhang Guobao, president of CFHI Mr. Wu Shengfu, leaders of Dalian Mr. Zhang Chengyin, Mr. Xia Deren attended this signing ceremony.

According to this agreement, CFHI will build the world s largest and most competitiveness large petrochemical vessel and nuclear power component manufacturing base, CGNPC will assist and support CFHI to develop new product, makes CFHI to be the close supplier of CGNPC strategically. CHD signed contract with Sinovel Wind Co.,Ltd, R&D 300MW main equipment contract, will provide advantageous opportunity for Sinvovel Wind Co., Ltd to improve its strength. Chartered right of wind power is government chartered right management mode is used on the development of our country s wind power.

Mr. Zhang Guobao said, this signing has significant meaning, this is a big contract to show our country actively confronts the condition of international financial crisis, also it shows the state strategy on revival of northeast old industry base and revival of equipment manufacturing.

Mayor Mr. Xia Deren said, this signing agreement is a great measures to fulfill state expanding domestic demand, guaranteeing growth, adjusting structure strategy, it has promoting role on developing our country s clean energy career, fasten nuclear power, wind power equipment localization progress, perform the development strategy of Two area one region , fasten building of state important advanced equipment manufacturing industry aggregation zone, striding forward the aim to be world s level equipment manufacturing base which has international competitiveness.
