Tongwei subsidiaries hold promotion evaluation assessment

November, 15-16, subsidiaries and branch companies of Tongwei held evaluation assessment for promotion to general manager assistant. 18 staff members were evaluated and assessed for their performance of the promotion.

This assessment was done through cooperation with Shanghai capacity-driven consulting Firm. By online study, written test, and interview, the candidates were evaluated in terms of self-assessment, work presentation, work satisfaction, business management training and test, talent qualities evaluation, assessment of competence, as well as capability assessment of integrated management.

Meanwhile, Tongwei HR department held online learning on business management training for the candidates in October to further promote the participants skills and competence. The results of this evaluation will be published in December.
