December, 22, 2011 Tongwei interview briefing for management trainees was held. General Manager of Tongwei Co., Ltd. Yan Hu, HR dept. manager Wang Shangwen, board secretary Li Gaofei, vice president Liu Zhiquan, and about 20 graduating students attended the briefing.
On behalf of the board chairman Mr. Liu Hanyuan, Mr. Yan extended the warmest welcome to the trainees present, and introduced Tongwei s development progress of almost 30 years. Meanwhile, he emphasized on the importance of talents to a company, and specifically introduced Tongwei s human resources situation.
Later that afternoon, the students visited Tongwei s Hall of Honor, and watched the company s official video clip. Furthermore, the professional management consulting agency made evaluation of occupational interest and ability for them. The interview evaluation panel also had structured and unstructured interviews with the students.
