Tongwei holds 2010 annual training for production dept. managers

December, 13-16, Tongwei Co., Ltd. held 2010 annual training for production department managers. General Manger of Tongwei Co., Ltd. Yanhu was present and made a keynote speech at the training.

The training instructor Dr. Chen Fang focused on EQ improvement and training. Former Assistant Dean of Wuxi Scientific Research & Design of National Food Authority, Wang Yongchang made specific presentation on fish&shrimp feed and extrusion technique.

Mr. Yan said at the training, facing the increasingly fierce market competition, the management needs to know their important responsibilities of ensuring quality, lowering costs and improving efficiency. The only way to follow for effectively promoting business management level lies in standardization, profession, specification, and internationalization. Meanwhile, Mr. Yan made new requirements for the staff members to strengthen inter-departments cooperation and effectively promote core competitiveness.
