Chairman Liu attended Two Sessions salon by China Entrepreneur

March, 8, the 13th Two Sessions Salon organized by China Entrepreneur Magazine was held in Beijing. Standing committee member of the CPPCC, standing committee member of China Democratic National Construction Association, and board chairman of Tongwei Group, Mr. Liu Hanyuan was invited to attend the salon.

The president of the magazine agency He Zhenhong addressed the occasion. Mr. He s speech focused on the unavoidable key issue of inflation, and the top priority of our work - how to find the balance between sustainable economic development and curbing inflation.

Mr. Liu expressed his opinion on this issue, and hoped that the phenomenon of inflation could be treated with more tolerant attitude. He pointed out that China s current CPI has not reached unprecedented level, either from the perspective of international economic environment, or from the vertical perspective of China s recent 30 years of economic development. Form another angle, whenever CPI is comparatively high, it is just the period of China s fast economic development; while whenever CPI stays relatively low, it is the time of high unemployment and constant complains from the people. On the issue of economy and development module transition, Mr. Liu suggests to vigorously develop the new energy industry, which can fundamentally solve the problem of unsustainable nature of resources towards the real sustainable development.
