Huajianji Phase Two will Enter the Market in the mid or end of September Accepting Registration now
Agile Garden Huadu s component Huajianji phase one which launched approximately 500 apartments have been almost sold out since its opening on Labor Day. The phase two is accepting registration and is expected to be launched for sale in the midmonth or the end of September. It is understood that three blocks of high apartments totaled over 300 units of the phase two will be launched, including units with luxurious decoration of RMB 1,500 per sq.m..
According to the transaction data and statistics released by g4c.laho.gov.cn, this project was among the top three bestselling properties in Guangzhou in terms of transaction quantity of a single project as it has sold out 500 apartments as to the end of August, which is the hot spot project in the first half of this year. Inheriting the hot sales trend of phase one, Huajianji is planted to launch 400 apartments in phase two in order to meet the needs of supplement in golden September and silver October week.
Huanjianji phase two includes the third block, the fourth block and the fifth block which are the same design as the four blocks launched in phase one. The apartments of phase two are located in the south of phase one, offering three-bedroom units with GFA ranging from 100 sq.m. to 127 sq.m. and luxurious four-bedroom units with GFA ranging form 130 sq.m. to 160 sq.m., in which the perfect three-bedroom apartments are the generally recommended products. Each unit has balcony with over 7-meter width, two large balconies, home garden and 270 view bay windows in the master suit. As to the decoration design, the phase two continues to inherit the standard decoration of RMB 1,500 per sq.m. of phase one, with kaidewei of Germany, kele tap of America, h fele hardware technology of Germany and other leading international brand which are well recognized by customers.
It is counted that various customers who come to the sales center to consult are middle to high class people from Tianhe, Baiyun, Yuexiu, Haizhu and other districts of Guangzhou, which proves that this project is broadening its influence to the buyers of center district of Guangzhou City.
