The Chinese first Ultra-HV 1000kV heat resistance dia-Extended bus cable used in 1000kV power transmission demonstration project produced in batches successfully.
On May 6th, 2008. TBEA Shan Dong Luneng Taishan Cables Co., Ltd. well finished the production of the No.40 drum heat resistance dia-Extended bus cable used in 1000kV power transmission for State Grid Ultra-HV AC demonstration project of Southeast Shanxi to Jingmeng .via Nanyang , It marked the overall success of R&D for Chinese first Ultra-HV 1000kV transmission line. The bus cable is the result of TBEA Shan Dong Luneng Taishan Cables Co., Ltd. aims at the requirement of National Extra-HV Network construction which successfully developed the highest voltage aerial- conductor new products in China in mid July, 2007. It was especially for requirement of the national extra-high electrical network construction. They obtained the first lot of complete 24.1kms orders at the second after the trails produce succeed, and the company became the only supplier of such kind of product which used in the National Grid ultra high voltage demonstration project.
