On May 21, 2009, Mr. Zhanxin, the chairman of TBEA Board Committee, was re-elected as vice chairman of the third session of China Machinery Federation Council as the unique representative of domestic transformer and cable industry. He was elected as vice chairman for the first time in 2004.
