TBEA 220kV HV XLPE Cable Exported to India

On February 26^th, TBEA Shandong Luneng Taishan Cable Co., Ltd. held a grand ceremony of 220kV HV cable exported to India. Mr. Qi Guifeng, the deputy mayor of Xintai City, and other leaders of the Supervisory Bureau, the Municipal Government Office, the Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation Bureau attended the ceremony along with TBEA employees.

In July 2009, TBEA Shandong Luneng Taishan Cable Co., Ltd. won the bidding of 220kV HV Cable turnkey project of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The whole length of the project is almost 80 km. So far, it s the highest voltage class of cables exported to India in China. The company has taken the whole set of the project including design, supply, installation, test, and maintenance.

On the ceremony, the deputy mayor of Xintai City, Shandong, Mr. Qi Guifeng said, Facing the unprecedented economic crisis since last year, TBEA Shandong Luneng Taishan Cable Co., Ltd. responded actively, overcame the difficulties and adjusted market tactics vigorously.
