February 24, 2010, TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group Co., Ltd won 5 packages of complete set projects for eight 765kV substations from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited. The contract includes providing main equipments such as 73 units of 765kV shunt reactors and neutral reactors, arresters, current transformers etc, meanwhile TBEA Shenyang takes charge of the installation, commissioning of equipments and related civil construction tasks as well. The total amount of the contract is over 100 million U.S. dollars.
