The OverseasChineseCity P.ECultureCenter holds the total constructional area of more than 20,000 square meters, including tennis court, swimming pool, basket ball court, badminton court, coffee house, library, health club and supporting facilities. This is a large-scaled special multi-task project. Tongfang Technovator s Techcon 04 building automation system has successfully combined control products and energy saving scheme. According to the changing circumstance, Techcon 04 utilized the alignment sensor and door & window magnetic signal related fan coil. Through the auto command on sensor temperature, it allows the preset internal air temperature to keep at a constant. Hence, it improved OverseasChineseCity P.ECultureCenter's environment, and also achieved the constant, safety, efficiency and energy conservation effects.
