On May 13, 2009, NUC safety conference is held, reviewing the safety work while developing the work plan for the year.
At the conference, a security responsibility agreement is signed.
NUC Vice-President Yang Shuping points out that safety is of great responsibility and it is required that all participating members and the school leadership attach more importance to the school safety. Zhang Wendong, NUC President, also delivers an important speech. Shi Qian, Chairman of NUC Council, emphasized the importance of school safety work and requires all the school members to strengthen the rules construction and take practical and effective measures, creating a secure and stable environment for educating people and promoting a safe, harmonious and scientific development of NUC.
